Golden Pharos Berhad is a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. GPB is also a Terengganu state Government Link Corporation (“GLC”) by virtue of 69.092% shareholding via the State’s investment arms, Terengganu Incorporated Sdn Bhd and Lembaga Tabung Amanah Warisan Negeri Terengganu which hold 60.925% and 8.166% respectively.
